Floor Plans
A floor plan is a plan view (bird’s eye view) of an individual level of a structure "cut" 48" above finished floor elevation.Standard floor plans include: walls, windows, openings, penetrations, counters & cabinets, plumbing (toilets, sinks, bathtubs, drainage) HVAC (registers, thermostats, furnaces, water heaters) attached garages decks and stairways. We are always willing to work with a client for their individual needs. We use the latest Autocad releases and AIA standard layering.
