ECD’s as-built professionals measure and draft on-site using the latest CAD & Revit technology. We've developed streamlined mobile best practices that ensure an extremely high level of accuracy as we translate buildings from the real world into the electronic. Beyond initial services, clients continue to call on our expertise and detailed knowledge of the buildings we’ve surveyed as a resource and source of information. Clients enjoy direct, open, responsive communications with Principal Doug Steele, who is available to address issues and additional requests. ECD surveys projects all around the greater Bay Area, surrounding our San Francisco home, including San Jose, Silicon Valley, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, Marin, the East Bay and the Peninsula. We travel frequently and happily for projects, surveying buildings in New York, the Tahoe region, Sacramento, Los Angeles and beyond. A percentage of our work each year is pro bono to benefit non-profit organizations connected with our community and values.
