Founder Doug Steele has been instrumental in developing the standards, systems and best practice techniques used by asbuilt
firms today around the country. He brings deep industry knowledge to the oversight of ECD
projects, and to developing lasting relationships with colleagues and project partners. Doug mentors and
cultivates staff for the long-term, and it’s critical to him that everyone enjoys their work in a team-oriented
culture that’s amicable, close-knit and fulfilling. Proud to live and work in San Francisco, he is active in his
community through the Hayes Valley Community Association.
